new Homes credit

California really wants you to buy a house.
Whether you already own a home or a first time
Homebuyer, the state wants to give you an additional
$10,000.00 to buy a brand new home only.
The $8,000.00 credit is still good for first time homebuyers
as long as the home is bought this year. Escrow should close before
the end of this year, 2009. This credit is better than last years since if you
stay there for 3 consecutive years it's free.
So, for first time homebuyers, that's $18,000.00

Pretty good deal for first time homebuyers and investors alike.
The money allotted for the $10,000.00 incentive is only $100,000,000.00.
As of this post 25% is spoken for.
Don't hesitate, now is the time.

  1. I want to live in California because my Auntie was live on that place. But my job was in Riverside and I think it was too far and it will takes a lot of time to travel. Now I am finding new homes in Riverside because I know that Riverside New Homes are the best and as for my condition it was near on my job.
